Arc Ecology Comment Letters to the U.S. Navy

and 2003-2004 Archive

As part of the CERCLA cleanup process for Superfund sites, the U.S. Navy releases reports on its plans for work on the Hunters Point Shipyard and on work it has completed. When the reports are released for review, anyone interested in the cleanup may submit comments to the Navy. Public participation is required throughout the CERCLA process; members of the public are encouraged to express their concerns or ask questions about a specific project by providing comments on the Navy's reports. Arc Ecology submits written comments to the U.S. Navy about the Navy's plans and activities to identify contamination at Hunters Point Shipyard and to clean up that contamination.

Comment letters submitted by Arc Ecology are available for review in the Community Window on the Hunters Point Shipyard Cleanup office.
